Je bevestigt de OMS-395 met de daarvoor bestemde schroefklem aan bijvoorbeeld een microfoonstatief. Veel musici lezen hun muziek tegenwoordig van een tablet, maar er zijn nog altijd mensen die netjes de bladmuziek voor hun medemusici uitprinten. Voor beiden is de OMS-395 te gebruiken. Het bovenblad is 24 cm breed en 32 cm hoog.
