The Hiscox Standard series has been upgraded in 2022 by increasing the ABS shell thickness from 1.5mm to 2mm. This is the same shell material as used for the PRO II series and doubles the impact/puncture resistance. The updated Standard series cases are still lightweight and easy to transport, with even better protection and a (crushed) velvet lining.
